Elbow Range of Motion Exercises

Heat the elbow before the exercise. This can be done by using a heating pad for 5 minutes or moist heat (heat a moist face towel in the microwave, high for 1 minute - careful not burning hot). Each exercise is done in 3 sets of 10 - slow stretch and reach. When the exercises are completed, ice the elbow for 5 minutes. Ice should not be placed directly on the skin.
