Wound Care
When your surgical wound is healed and all bandages have been removed, wound
care should begin.
1. Break open a Vitamin E capsule or pour a small amount of Vitamin E oil onto the wound and massage as firmly as possible. This should be done three times per day for five minutes.
2. At night, cut a strip of the Curad gel strip and apply to the wound.
These applications should be done for at least six to eight weeks. These
