Wrist Range of Motion Exercises

Before beginning these exercises warm the wrist. Use either a heating pad for 5 minutes or moist heat (this can be done by placing a moist face towel in the micro wave- high for 1 minute, be careful not burning hot). The exercises are done slowly- reach and stretch; 3 sets of ten of each. When your are done, ice for 5 minutes. Do not place the ice directly on the skin.
